Recipe: Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
WEEKEND IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!! 🎉🎊🎉 Good job to all of you for going through a busy and tough week (probably HAHA)! For this weekend, let’s try a healthier choice of dessert that does not require a lot of work and you can share with your loved one.
Serving size : 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder/ chocolate drinking powder
- 2 tablespoons of honey or to taste
- ¼ cup chia seeds or to taste
- Your choice of topping (For example: dried fruits, toppers or trail mix)
- Grated chocolate or chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Warm the milk slightly and stir in cacao powder/chocolate drinking powder and honey.
2. Make sure there is no lump left.
3. Fold the chia seeds in.
4. Set aside to thicken and gel for at least 20 minutes.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
6. Garnish with the toppings of your choice and chocolate before serve.
