Dong Quai is also known as Chinese Angelica. It is primarily used to treat women's problems such as menopause, cramps and Premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It also helps fight inflammation by boosting the white blood cells, increase red blood cells, promote blood circulation, improve liver and kidney function, maintains regular blood flow and heartbeat. Dong Quai also has the ability to stimulate contractions and also to relax the uterus thus.

Ingredients
Organic flour, organic dong quai, energized water, sea salt

Cooking Instruction
Dry Noodle:
Add noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 3- 5 minutes. Once the noodles is cooked, drain off the excess water and add seasoning to your liking. Toss them together and serve.

Noodle Soup:
Add noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Once the noodles is cooked, drain off the excess water and set aside. Boil the soup stock along with other ingredients. Pour the soup on top of the cooked noodle and serve.
