Ecovinal organic balsamic vinegar is made by fermenting and concentrating grape must in a wooden barrel. The grape must is a special type of grape juice that includes its skin, seeds and stems as well. It comes with a sweet, sophisticated taste that also has a slight hint of smoky flavour from the wood interaction. This enriches the taste of savoury dishes, such as grilled meat and creamy desserts.

• Best kept in a cool, dark place and away from other ingredients with strong odour May be converted to a glaze by heating two cups over low-medium heat until the one-half cups are left. Great for glazing meat. However, do not heat excessively as it dulls the flavour
