Spicy but powdery feel

I like the spicy taste from the ginger however the powdery taste from the ginger when mixed with the water is a little unpleasant because I could not get the smooth feel upon drinking. I kept tasting the powder in every sip. The sweetness level suggested per serving is a little too much too. I did reduce a little to avoid the drink being over thick. Overall, this drink is useful when I needed a quick boost.
