Green Tea Buckwheat noodles contain the goodness of organic buckwheat and organic green tea. Buckwheat is uniquely rich in protein and the essential amino acid lysine, which is lacking in most grains. Cooking Instruction
Traditionally served in a hot broth or cold with a dipping sauce. It can also be used the same way as western pasta, in soups, salads, stir-fried dishes or simply served with a sauce.
Preparations:
Dry Noodle:
Add noodle into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Once noodle is cooked, drain off excess water and add seasoning and other ingredients to your liking. Toss them together and serve.
Noodle Soup:
Add noodle into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Once noodle is cooked, drain off excess water and set aside. Boil the soup stock along with other ingredients. Pour the soup on top of the cooked noodle and serve.
