Felines and femininity. If you think it’s just a coincidence that these 2 words just happened to look and sound similar, think again. Cats and women have long been connected to one another. From ancient Egypt to the Middle Ages to the twentieth century to the current times we are in, there has always been an association between these two significant symbols of life.

Mysterious yet captivating, these fur babies are known to possess a powerful presence in the world. Strong and feisty on the outside yet kind and adoring on the inside, cats have definitely clawed their way into the hearts of women. Cats attach themselves to humans, particularly women as social partners, and it’s no surprise why!

Strong
“A cat has 9 lives”. Whether or not this was created solely for humour, we can’t deny it completely. Cats are often little daredevils. Nothing holds them back when they have set their heart on something. So they may go to extreme lengths (usually on the dangerous end) to get what they want. You may think this is a pretty dangerous stunt to pull but these creatures are built strong, with the capability to withstand anything.

Similar to women, independence is our best accessory. We often underestimate ourselves, not because of how we are as humans, but because of how society has set up ridiculous standards for us to abide by. Once you realize that you’re more than that, once you embrace yourself as the beautiful, strong and independent woman you are, believe me. You can overcome anything that life throws at you.

Honest
Cats are blessed with incredible instincts and have the ability to sense the energy of humans and the environment around them. They know where your heart lies and who you are as a person hence are most likely to stay away from those with negative energy and linger around those with positive energy. Cats are truly such honest and sincere animals and are more likely to choose you rather than you choose them.

Likewise, women are typically forward with their actions and emotions. They learn to grow and nurture themselves, becoming more accepting of who they are as a person. They embrace their flaws and insecurities and view them as beauty marks rather than imperfections. Being honest with yourself is not only key to self-love, but is also a way of leading a more wholesome and rewarding life.

They’ve mastered the catwalk beautifully so there’s no surprise at how cats just radiate elegance. Everything from their eyes and body form to their gorgeous prints are gentle while executing regality and power.

To absolutely no surprise, women portray the same amount of elegance as that of our feline friends. People always associate elegance with the way you look, act and dress however it’s actually so much more than that. There is no singular meaning to elegance as it truly differs from one person to another. The way you carry yourself and do the little things that make you, you. Now that’s the purest form of elegance that women are indeed blessed with.
