Top Customer Get-Together Session

Back in January 12th 2019, we at Signature Market conducted a get-together session with our top and loyal customers in Thyme Out, Subang. The session strives to bond with our customers, get to know them more while also getting feedback on how we can improve to serve you, our customers better.

The session also highlighted our company's multitude of challenges, showcasing how far we've come to be successful til this day. We'd also like to thank you all customers for supporting us and understanding what it means to cast us straight on to higher goals and more challenges into the future.

Introduction of a new Bulk Purchasing Site
Besides getting together with our customers, we also pitched in a new bulk purchasing site specifically for those who specifically purchase on behalf of their friends and family.

The new Bulk Purchasing site is currently a work in progress but we'd hope it will be a game changer with cheaper rates and also responsive customer to agent service. Moreover, the service offers priority delivery so our customers don't have to worry bout their delivery to be late. This service only caters to our top loyal customers who have been supporting us from day 1.

Get-together session
Here at Signature Market, we don't really have the chance to connect to get to know our customers well but as for today, we think it'll be time for a change. A new start to start listening to our customers in a whole new personal level. So during the get together, food and drinks was served to make our customers feel at home and appreciated.

We've listened to your advice and we will consider from that to further improve our brand and grow to dominate the healthy snacks market. We thank you for your support.
