(GIVEAWAY) Pan Vegan Burger

Pan Per-li has one more last dish to keep things hot in the kitchen. Today she has something in store for you for you vegans out there! So vegans rejoice! Today's recipe will be the Pan Vegan Burger.

Don't let her looks fool you, she's a fitness coach at the Playground Fitness and also a health junkie that can surely beat you any day. Just kidding but a word of advice, she's not to be messed with.

Today's highlight will be both our apple cider vinegar and our Spice Kit Organic Chilli Powder.



The Spice Kit Organic Chilli Powder can be used to spice up your dining table. The seasoning blends from organic dried chilies. This spice creates a bold & bright aromatic flavour with a warm after-taste.



Signature Market's apple cider vinegar are effective for pretty much anything to your skin, your hair, your house, and heck! even your pets can benefit from the vinegars hail Mary qualities. Apple cider vinegar is so much more than a salad dressing than just being raw, organic, unfiltered, and unpasteurised!

What you need:
• 1 pound whole trumpet/king oyster mushrooms
• 1 each butterhead lettuce
• 2 each carrots, peeled and grated
• 1 each red onion, julienned
• 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• ½ cup Signature Market apple cider vinegar
• Signature Market chilli powder
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 4 each sandwich rolls

Let’s get cooking!
Firstly
1. Place mushrooms on grill and cook for 20 minutes until darkened, but do not allow them to burn. When mushrooms are done cooking, allow them to cool slightly, then shred with a fork.

2. Meanwhile, to make the slaw, mix together the kale, carrots, and onion in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and crushed red pepper. Whisk to combine, then pour over the slaw and incorporate.

3. Heat oil in a saucepan, add mushrooms and BBQ sauce, and sauté until sauce is caramelised and has coated the mushrooms.

4. To assemble the sandwich, place kale slaw on the bun and top with mushroom mixture.

5. Add on with Orange yogurt and make it like a set meal. Bon appetit.
