What is Broad Bean?
Broad bean, or in other name Fava bean, scientifically known as Vicia faba, is under the pea and bean family. If you wonder about bean with nutrients rich, this is one of the right option for you. Furthermore, it can develop to Haemolytic Anaemia which is a sudden and rapid breakdown of their red blood cells.

In a nutshell, it does not mean that by consuming broad beans cause you developing the diseases stated above. These are just some cautions for people who are having these diseases. Kindly consult with your doctor whether you are suitable to consume broad beans.
