Lavender that is sold in Malaysia isn’t grown here. Infact, lavender is grown in the African region and the Mediterranean mountains. Lavender Oil worldwide including Malaysia is mostly used as an essential oil. However, you might be thinking what’s so great about lavender oil? Why should I even opt for this oil? I will be sharing some of the benefits of lavender oil and you might realize this might just be the next thing you should get for yourself!

1. Antioxidant Protection
Free radicals such as toxins, chemicals and pollutants are arguably the most dangerous and are the most common risk factor for every disease that affects people today. Besides that, If you are experiencing muscle or joint pain or pain at the site of injection you may apply 2 to 3 drops of lavender to the affected area.

Again, as mentioned in the above sections, to relieve stress and anxiety and improve sleep, diffuse lavender or inhale it directly from the bottle. This therapy can be particularly useful before and after surgical procedures and chemotherapy treatment.
