Mindfulness Through Yoga

Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind and channeling all our energy right to the core. In celebration of International Yoga Month, we are dedicating this entire month to acknowledge and invest in ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally.

In collaboration with Ming Wei Kok, we are excited to announce our #YogaWithSM class which focuses on taking in the invigorating yoga flow, breathing techniques and meditation practice. Through the Vinyasa yoga flow added with breathing techniques and Savasana, participants will be able to relax each part of their bodies gently. This 60-minute flowy and sweaty beginner-friendly class led by Ming Wei aims to help us fully engage with our body and mind.
