INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup muesli of your choice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup chopped fruits of your choice
- 7 tbsp cold butter, diced
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
2. Whisk together the flour, muesli, baking powder, salt and chopped fruits.
3. Blend the butter into the dry ingredients with your fingers until it is well dispersed.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients and then mix them into the dry.
5. Flatten the dough out to about 2 to 3cm thickness and use a round cookie cutter to cut out the scones on a floured surface.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
