Recipe: Baked Crispy Broccoli Chips

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head broccoli, washed and completely dried
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 230℃.
2. Cut broccoli into florets.
3. Drizzle olive oil over broccoli with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
4. Place onto a single layer on a large baking sheet.
5. Bake for at least 20 minutes or until the broccoli is crispy and crunchy, but not completely burned.
