Congee or rice porridge is a Chinese comfort food and can be taken any time of the day. In a rice base culture, it is often the first solid food taken by infants. As it is very easy on the tummy, porridge is also often prepared and served during convalescence from illness. Because of this some people associate it with being sick although it is a very delicious, healthy, and nutritious dish.

This 10 Prosperity Porridge is so easy to prepare, you can not only make it during the festive season but also anytime.

Ingredients Needed

- Signature Market's Healthy Nut Mix
- Signature Market Organic 10 Grain Rice
-Sesame oil
-Garlic
-Onions
-Scallops
-Ginger
-Chicken Breast
-Pepper
-Cumin powder

Steps
1. First, using the fry setting in the Khind Electric Pressure Cooker, add in the sesame oil to fry the onions, ginger, garlic and scallops.

2. Then add in the chicken breast.

3. Season it with pepper, salt and cumin powder to your preference.

4. You can then add in a bowl of Organic 10 Grain Rice.

5. Leave the cooker in porridge mode.

6. Lastly serve the porridge with the Healthy Nut Mix to your preference.
