(GIVEAWAY) Just Pan with Salmon by Per-Li

Leave it to Pan Per-li to keep things hot in the kitchen. Today she has something in store for you for your hot date nights at home with your significant other. Don't let her looks fool you, she's a fitness coach at the Playground Fitness and also a health junkie that can surely beat you any day. Just kidding but a word of advice, she's not to be messed with. Today, Per-li is gonna make her signature "Just Pan with Salmon", basically delicious pan-fried Salmon served with pumpkin puree.

Our product highlight today will be our very own Organic Multi Grain Stick Noodle!. The Organic Multi Grain Stick Noodles are mainly made from organic unbleached wheat flour and multigrain powder and they are considered to be the healthier and nutritious choice compared to conventional noodle for health conscious community nowadays.



The multigrain powder contains adzuki beans, black beans, mung beans, and soy beans. These beans are high in plant protein, and provide the essential amino acid need by our body. The wonderful combination of the grain is good in nutrient as well as awesome in taste. Our Organic Stick Noodles also come in two other different flavours, spinach and original.

Ingredients
• Salmon
• Butterhead
• Pumpkin
• Lemon
• Lemon zest
• Parmesan cheese
• Low carb mix
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Sugar
• Pepper
• Red & green bell peppers
• Organic Multi Grain stick noodle

Let’s get cooking!
1. Sprinkle some salt and pepper around the salmon and leave it for 10 min. After 10 mins, rinse the salmon with cold water (to make sure that the salmon firms up and becomes flavourful)

2. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Steam it and then blend it until it turns into puree.

3. Cut the butterhead and mix it with lemon, parmesan cheese, low carb mix & olive oil (salad).

4. Fry the salmon fillet (sear skin side down~ 1 min) add the bell peppers inside the pan to add colour.

5. Boil the water and cook the noodles. After the noodles are done, mix them with the salad.

6. Base the noodle salad with the pumpkin puree, salad on top of puree and lastly place the salmon on top.

7. Ready to serve.
