Chinese labeled red dates as “the king of nuts” for their rich nutritional value. Seventy to 80 times higher in Vitamin C than grapes and apples, red dates also abound with Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the red date and remove the date pit.
2. Bake the walnuts in preheated oven at 150℃ for 10 minutes. (Cool the nuts to make it more crispy).
3. Put the walnuts into the red dates.
4. Bake for 5 minutes at 150 ℃.
