[GIVEAWAY] Stuffed Chicken with Wild Salad

Welcome to Signature Market! Again, Shyan from GoClean will be teaching you how to make delicious yet healthy recipes for you and your whole family to enjoy. Today we have something special in store for you. Today we showing you how to make stuffed chicken with wild salad.

Today's dish will revolve around our very own Signature Market Shiitake Mushrooms and the Signature Market Pistachio Almond Trail Mix.. You can check out on of our products used in this recipe in our website.

Ingredients:
1. Feta Cheese
2. 2 Cloves of Garlic
3. Rosemary
4. Chicken Breast
5. Signature Market Shiitake Mushrooms
6. Signature Market Pistachio Almond Trail Mix
7. Mix Salad bowl
8. Olive oil
9. 1 Egg.

Directions:
1. Finely chop the rosemaries along with your 2 cloves of garlic. Add some salt when you’re done chopping garlic so you don’t need to add more salt later. Just slowly press down the garlic onto the salt.

2. Remember to soak your shiitake mushrooms overnight (or at least an hour). Then kindly chop the mushrooms into tiny pieces. Add in the garlic and fry mushrooms with olive oil until golden brown.

3. Use a mallet to tenderise your chicken breasts and also crush the trail mix. Then sprinkle some chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper and the chopped rosemary onto the chicken breasts. Proceed to add a little bit of the crushed trail mix and also the mushrooms. Sprinkle some olive oil and roll your chicken breast.

4. Sprinkle some olive oil onto your oven tray and add the rolled chicken. Before cooking it, add some more chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper and chopped rosemary along with the remaining trail mix. Cook your chicken in the oven for 12 minutes at 200°C.

5. Now while waiting for the chicken to cook, lightly chopped the mix salad to retain its crispy texture.

6. For the poached egg, fill up the pan with one cm of water height and sprinkle some olive oil. Once boiled, add in your cracked egg by tilting the pan and slowly dipping the egg to let it cook. Remember to always cover the egg white onto the yolk. Add it onto your salad once it is cooked.

7. Slice up the chicken and serve it onto your salad. Finally, add some feta cheese.

8. Ready to serve.
