[GIVEAWAY] Bun Cha by Signature Market

Shyan is back with us for another dish. And this time it's Bun Cha! A Vietnamese dish of grilled chicken and noodles. Healthy and both lean, it's a healthy mix of both sweet and savoury which will definitely cleanse your appetite.

Ingredients:
1. Signature Market Natural Baby Noodle (Spinach)
2. Mint Leaves
3. Coriander Leaves
4. Bean Sprouts
5. Lettuce
6. Minced Chicken
7. 1 tbsp chopped coriander roots
8. 1 tbsp Signature Market Lemongrass Extract
9. 1 bird's eye chilli, finely chopped
10. 2 tbsp fish sauce
11. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
12. 1 tbsp Signature Market Wild Queen Honey
13. 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
14. Pandan Leaves

Sauce:
1. 125ml (1/2 cup) Fish Sauce
2. 100 ml Organic Lemon Vinegar
3. 2 tbsp Signature Market Wild Queen Honey
4. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
5. 2 bird's eye chilli, finely chopped
6. 2 tbsp lime juice.

Directions:
1. For the sauce, finely chop the chillies along with your 2 cloves of garlic. And mix them with 1 tbsp Lemongrass extract, 1 tbsp Wild Queen Honey and 1 tbsp Organic Lemon Vinegar. Give it a stir and proceed to add a bit of warm water. This will be your sauce.

2. Chop some coriander leaves, pandan leaves and 2 cloves of garlic. Then mix them with your minced chicken. Proceed to add 1 tbsp of Lemongrass extract and Wild Queen Honey.

3. Roll your minced chicken into a small patty and proceed to cook them onto a pan with vegetable oil.

4. Cook the Natural Baby Noodle (Spinach) with hot water and proceed to drain the water and serve them onto a bowl along with lettuce and bean sprouts.

5. Add in your minced chicken patties and also the sauce! It is now ready to serve!
