Recipe: Healthy Homemade Energy Bar

After spending the first few days of Chinese New Year sinfully, it is time to keep healthy with Signature Market in this celebration season and post-festive season. This homemade energy bar is not only healthy, it is also a delicious and perfect for guests.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of Signature Market's almond
- 1 cup ofSignature Market's pumpkin seed
- 1 cup of Signature Market's oat
- 1 cup of Signature Market's apricot
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of Signature's Market honey
- 1/2 cup of Signature's Market cranberry
- 1/2 cup of Signature's Market raisin


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.
2. Spread almond, pumpkin seed and oat evenly on a tray. Bake them at 190°C for 15 minutes.
3. Add apricot, water and honey into the blender and blend them.
4. Mix the apricot paste, raisin, cranberry, almond, pumpkin seed and oat evenly.
5. Press them into a tray with baking paper.
6. Bake them for 20 minutes.
