Craving for some nuggets when you are eating clean? Is it even possible to hate that juicy nugget?
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
- ⅔ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt + ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs + 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
INGREDIENTS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
2. Bowl 1: Whisk flour, salt and pepper.
3. Bowl 2: Whisk eggs and water.
4. Bowl 3: Quinoa
5. Coat chicken pieces with bowl 1, followed by bowl 2 and then bowl 3.
6. Place on prepare baking sheet.
7. Brush chicken nugget with cooking oil.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
