(FAQ) Solving Your PayLater by Grab Issues
Update (as at July 2021): Our campaign with PayLater by Grab has since been ended.
We've seen and we've heard you. For those who are facing issues in completing your transactions by using PayLater by Grab, kindly refer to the following commonly-faced issues and the respective explanation and solution.
1. Signature Market is not entitled to PayLater.
The PayLater team has addressed this issue to their Customer Service accordingly. Please take note that Signature Market is, in fact listed as the merchants for PayLater hence you will be able to enjoy the rewards.
2. My PayLater has been activated but I am unable to select the feature.
This could be due to 2 reasons.
(i) Your spending is below RM150. To be eligible to use PayLater, you will need to spend a minimum or RM150 and above on Signature Market. Please take note that this is putting aside any promo campaigns that may be on-going as well.
(ii) Your credit limit is less than the transaction amount. Please refer to your consolidated PayLater summary to check the available amount for PayLater. This unique amount limit is assigned by PayLater according to your individual user profile and payment practices.
3. PayLater insufficient balance is shown.
Please keep in mind that PayLater and GrabPay Wallet are different entities. To make transactions using PayLater, please check on your PayLater available limit and not your GrabPay Wallet balance.
