Recipe: Fusilli Pasta Salad

Attractive colourful pasta makes your salad more appetizing!
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g tricolour spiral pasta
- 3/4 cup fresh broccoli
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 30g of sliced olives
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- parmesan cheese (optional)
- 30g dried cranberries (optional)
- 1/4 roasted green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 roasted red bell pepper, diced
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
3. Drain and rinse in cold water.
4. Transfer to a large bowl. Add cheese, cranberries, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle with salad dressing. Toss to coat. Chill until serving.
