Making your own ice cream is easier than you think. Indulge your favourite ice cream with this low-fat recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g of strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup of plain yogurt of your choice
- honey, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- dried strawberries for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place one cup of strawberries into the food processor and blend them until it is finely chopped. Place them separately.
2. Blend yogurt, strawberries, honey and vanilla essence until smooth.
3. Stir the mixture and finely chopped strawberry until well combined.
4. Cover with cling wrap and freeze them about an hour. Garnish with some dried strawberries.
