Satisfy your sweet tooth with this 2-ingredient recipe! Banana, dark chocolate and coconut oil are well-known for their health benefits.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- toppings of your choice such as
chia seed,
nuts and
dried fruit.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Spread a baking paper on tray.
2. Slice banana into 4mm thin slices.
3. Using a double boiler, mix coconut oil and dark chocolate until evenly combined.
4. Coat each banana slice with chocolate mixture.
5. You may sprinkle some of your favourite toppings.
6. Place back to the tray and freeze for an hour. Voilà!
