This sauce recipe goes well with your favourite carbohydrate and protein.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp butter
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 150ml fresh cream
- 2 teaspoon ground black pepper or more to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until they are lightly browned.
3. Add cream, pepper and salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes and stir occasionally.
