Quick and simple sauce for pasta and rice.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blend, blend together basil leaves, nuts, garlic and cheese.
2. Pour in oil slowly while still mixing.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
