What is the difference between muesli and granola?
Both muesli and granola have similar ingredients which are grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruits BUT BUT BUT how they’re made can be very different. Think of muesli as a less processed granola because:
1. Not baked. Our ingredients are either raw or lightly toasted for better taste and fragrant.
2. Less sweet. Our muesli is completely unsweetened. We never use refined sugars or sweeter. The sweetness are from the sweetness of the dried fruits.
3. No added oils. There are good and healthy fats in our nuts and seeds, but no added oil for ingredients binding purpose Therefore, our muesli are lighter than most granolas.
Muesli can be served in cold or hot liquid. Granola is always served cold with milk or yogurt, or even as a snack.
Have a great day!
