INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons of chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 800g shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Crusty french loaf, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the garlic, chilli flakes and parsley into olive oil.
2. Turn on the heat and cook over moderately high heat until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp and lemon juice and cook over high heat until they are pink.
4. Season with salt and serve with bread.
