Recipe: Pan Fried Zucchini

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut zucchini into slices with the thickness of 0.5 cm and lay them in layers.
2. Sprinkle the zucchini slices wit salt. Leave them for 5 minutes.
3. While waiting, put flour onto a plate and whisk egg into another plate.
4. Coat the zucchini slices with flour on both sides and set aside.
5. Heat oil over medium high heat.
6. Dip each coated zucchini slice into the egg and pan fry them.
