Recipe: Roasted Chickpea

INGREDIENTS:
- 450g chickpea, soaked overnight and drained
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- paprika, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
2. Spread garbanzo beans in a baking dish and pat dry.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remember to stir them to prevent burning.
4. Toss with olive oil, salt, paprika and pepper in a large bowl. Return to the baking dish.
5. Continue baking chickpeas until golden. Don't forget to stir them occasionally.
