INGREDIENTS:
- 7g active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2.5 cups bread flour or high protein flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
2. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave it about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
4. Place dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a round.
5. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan.
6. Spread with toppings of your choice and bake in preheated oven until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
