Our Essence of Chicken with American Ginseng & Cordyceps is made using only the extract of healthy, stewing hens - old hens that are particularly nutritious, which are decocted for over 8 hours with traditional Chinese herbs in order to retain the earthiness of ginseng minus the fishy taste. Stewing hens are also believed to have the ability to warm and nourish one’s spleen, tonify the Qi and improve blood circulation. Additionally, the infusion of Qi- and yin-strengthening American Ginseng as well as kidney- and lung-tonifying Cordyceps strengthens and revitalises individuals who suffer from a lack of energy, poor concentration and weak physique in general. This harmonious hen-semble may also aid in digestion and promote speedy recovery from sickness.
