As firm believers in good things taking time, we pride ourselves in ensuring ultimate freshness in each pack that leaves our kitchen. Carefully sourcing and selecting the finest ingredients and utilizing revolutionary slow-baking technology allows us to achieve perfection in each product. Slow-baking means that we use low temperatures to gently roast each product. Although this takes longer than the traditional roasting method, nutrients remain jam-packed in each product and are not lost due to high temperatures. Although this process may take longer than expected, we assure you that it is worth the wait.

Once the baking stage is over, packing and passing your products over to our courier partners takes minimal time. So you can expect your products to reach your hands in no time. However, do take note that during this MCO period, certain products may run out of stock due to an increase in the number of orders. Worry not, we will send you an email notifying you should there be a product out of stock in your order.

We would also like to reiterate that as this MCO period is ongoing, we are seeing a surge in the number of orders. Therefore, there may be a delay in shipping your products out to you. Rest assured that we are working hard and doing our absolute best for you to receive your products soonest possible.
