From grounding with Andrew’s soothing Sound Bath Experience to unlocking inner calm and peace — we started the day aligned in body, mind, and energy.

Then, Edwin Wang, CEO of Signature Market, revealed the game-changing truth: “Protein Before Anything Else” 🥦💪 — the smart eating sequence that keeps your energy high, focus sharp, and body light (plus, a sneak taste of Signature Market’s wholesome savoury meals 👀).

At Movexercise8 session, Daphnie Wong took us through The Movement Prescription, helping us reconnect our brain and body through intentional movement 💫. Every twist, stretch, and flow reminded us that energy is built — not found.

Clinical Psychologist of Capyness Psychology, Hui Tzi guided us into a deeper understanding of how our gut and emotions are closely linked. Hui Tzi shared valuable insights on stress, mood, and mental balance — reminding us that true wellness begins with self-awareness and care. 🌿

Then came the sweat and smiles with the Pilates Collective Team — a full-on mat pilates session that had everyone stretching, strengthening, and feeling that syok burn! 😅✨

Meanwhile, the engagement booths were buzzing with energy — from Movexercise’s brain-body test to Capyness Psychology’s mental screening — every corner was alive with discovery, laughter, and connection. 🌸
