A Wellness Morning with Hyrox to make us Grace from within!

This October, let’s create, reflect, and move while reconnecting with our bodies in a more mindful and appreciative way. 💚

🌿 Here’s what your morning looks like:

✨ Welcome & BCA Campaign Sharing
We’ll begin with a sharing session and panel discussion, creating space to learn more about breast cancer awareness and the importance of caring for ourselves.

🧘‍♀️ Self-Appreciation Body Session
Slow down, tune in and reconnect with your body through a guided meditation and self-appreciation session, followed by an ice-breaking experience designed to gently take you beyond your comfort zone.

🎨 Hands-on Painting Workshop

Take a moment to create something with your hands and enjoy a more mindful, present experience with the community.

🏃‍♀️ HYROX Foundation

Then, it’s time to move! Get introduced to the fundamentals of HYROX through an accessible workout session designed to get your body moving, challenge yourself and experience the joy of movement together.

The morning will end with a simple reminder: wellness isn’t just about how we look. It’s also about how we feel, how we care for ourselves, and how we show up for our bodies. ❤️

And because caring for ourselves can also mean caring for others, besides getting RM50 Signature Market Store Credit, 20% of every registration fee will be donated to Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA), allowing this gathering to extend beyond ourselves and contribute to a meaningful cause. 💗

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Take a moment to appreciate the body that carries you through life.

A morning to create.
A moment to reflect.
A reason to move.
And a reminder to care for ourselves beyond how we look. 🌿✨
