1. Grains are important sources of several essential nutrients. They cover the main food classes such as carbohydrates, fat, protein and cellulose as well as vitamins A, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B9 (folate), B12 and E.
2. Rich in minerals such as magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron which are essential for healthy bones and teeth as well as development of muscles.
3. Brown rice retains most of the vitamins that white rice doesn’t due to processing methods.
4. Good source of dietary fibre to maintain bowel health and prevent constipation.

Usage Directions
1. Put 1 tablespoon (11g) of Groomy Organic Instant Five Grains Powder into the bowl.
2. Pour warm water (50ml) into the bowl and stir until mixture is smooth.
3. Ready to be served with breastmilk, fruit puree, soup or other ingredients that are suitable for baby's age.

NOTE: Suitable for babies aged 8 months and above. Your baby is generally ready to start eating solid foods at around 6 months old which is when they are able to stay in a sitting position and hold their heads steady, coordinate their eyes, hands and mouth to be able to look at the food and put it in their mouth themselves and swallow food properly (rather than spitting it back out).
