Roselle as know as Luo Shen Hua (洛神花), it has a sour taste and many people use this serve tea. Roselle Hibiscus has its flower (calyx), seeds and leaves that can be used for pharmaceutical and consumption purposes. It has been used as a therapeutic plant for centuries. Traditionally, it treats toothaches, urinary tract infections, colds, and even hangovers. Roselle drink can be prepared by boiling dried calyces of the plant in water for 8-10 minutes, then adding sugar and served chilled.
