What Does This Taste Like?
An aromatic meat curry with a spiciness level that will give you that ‘kick’ you’re looking for. Rich with spices and plenty of heat to make both your mouth and eyes water.

Health Benefits
1. Chillies contain capsaicin that are often used for its analgesic properties and may help with weight loss. Chillies are also antioxidants and helps to boost immunity.
2. Capsaicin contained in red chillies can aid diabetes prevention and contribute to red blood cell formation.
3. Fennel seeds contain high amounts of manganese, potassium, magnesium and calcium which are essential for bone health.
4. Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory ingredient and a highly effective antioxidant. It helps boost brain functions and lower the risk of brain diseases, even helping delay age-induced brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Turmeric also reduces inflammation in arthritis patients and reduces cardiovascular diseases.
5. Coriander is a good antioxidant and has cancer fighting properties. It’s also capable of treating some symptoms of diabetes, helping to lower and regulate blood sugar levels as well as lowering cholesterol levels.
6. Despite being bitter when in its unprocessed form, moringa leaves are a powerful source of vitamins and minerals. Rich in polyphenols, 46 different antioxidants, 36 different kinds of anti-inflammatory compounds and all the essential amino acids, the moringa plant is a veritable superfood. Moringa’s nutrient-dense leaves are also touted as a cancer cell killer as well as effective in preventing or delaying the onset of Alzheimer’s. Due to its high iron content, moringa also aids in absorption of vitamin C and may help those suffering from anaemia.
7. Mustard seeds contain vitamin A, B6 and C, folates, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, selenium, manganese, phosphorous and copper. In addition to that, mustard seeds have the potential to fight cancer cells, are antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties.

It is an effective pain-reliever, has anti-inflammatory properties, can also help raise testosterone levels and boost sperm count.

Usage Directions
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients as follows:
  • 1 kg fish (fillet or whole) or any desired seafood
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 30g freshly crushed ginger
  • 1 big onion, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 sachet Signature Market Fish Curry Powder
  • 2 ripe tomatoes quartered
  • 2 brinjals cut lengthwise into halves or quarters as desired
  • 6 ladies’ fingers/okra
  • 2 green chillies
  • Handful of tamarind, juice extracted
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
2. Heat the pan and pour oil into pan.
3. Add garlic, ginger, onion and curry leaves into pan and fry till light brown and the ingredients release their aroma.
4. Add Signature Market Fish Curry Powder and stir until mixture is lightly browned/toasted.
5. Add green chillies, tomatoes, brinjal and ladies’ fingers.
6. Add tamarind juice and water then stir till incorporated.
7. Bring to boil then add coconut milk and stir well.
8. Add fish/seafood, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
9. Continue stirring till fish is cooked through.
10. Serve hot.
