No preparing instructions on the packing. But the customer service was quick to response to my quiry. One plus point given! :p Gave my buddies each a pack to try out, all loved the herbal drink! Unfortunately couldn't find the product when i wanted to reorder more... Hope they will be restocked soon and not discontinued.
