About This Product

There’s just something so comforting about slurping up springy noodles submerged in a steaming-hot bowl of hearty broth that’s brimming with umami goodness. Ramen is just one of those dishes that’s unparalleled when it comes to satisfying your cravings thanks to its soothing warmth. Classic and wholesome, our Tokyo Shōyu Umami Ramen is made from a flavourful blend of shōyu, bonito flakes, chicken stock and aromatics such as garlic, onions and shallots for a tantalising soup with absolutely no MSG, preservatives or artificial flavouring. However, a mouth-watering creamy chicken ramen needs more than just a good broth base, it requires equally outstanding noodles as the ultimate flavour vessel. Our recipe comprises light, bouncy noodles which have been air-dried to preserve their freshness the natural way while reducing oil content. Add this to your cart if you’re a hopeless ramen-tic, and relish the taste of Japan from the comfort of your home!

Great taste

No matter kon lou or souo base, both serves in great tastes! Not salty at all.

Nice and clean but small portion

Very clean soup base with a hint of umami flavour. The noodles itself were very nice in terms of texture and taste. Though, the portion was very small (kinda like Indomee but a lil less) so I had to add other supplementary ingredients to make it more into a ‘meal’. I personally love stronger flavours but this is a good option for those who like their noodles clean and not too salty.

Tokyo Shoyu Umami Ramen

Abit on the pricey side but don't let that ball of noodle fool you as the noodles itself is quite dense. The soup smelled more like an udon soup but overall its a pass as i don't feel the need down a gallon of water after compared to those in the japanese sections.

Pricy but Good

I am amazed by how can the instant ramen taste so good. Well, it is a little bit too sweet for my liking, but overall I like it. I added a boiled egg and sea weed and the taste is comparable to some restaurant's cook. The mee is big portion and tasty too. But it is quite expensive.
