This is a recipe that warm peoples heard more than 40 years. Signature Market Herb & Spice Soup is signature soup in Klang. You could boiled the exactly same taste easily with recipe below:

Recipe: Ingredients:

1 packet Signature Market herbs & spices mixed
1.5kg Chicken meats, cut into preferred size
2850ml (8 bowls) water
5 pieces black garlic, 5 pieces mushroom
5 teaspoons thick soya sauce
3 teaspoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons salt

Cooking Method:

In a large pot, pour 2850ml water to boil.
Add in filter bag, all herbs and prepared ingredients into the boiling water.
Bring to boil again and then boil at mid fire for 1 hour. Remove filter bag and serve hot.

Serving
– Contains 2 sachets of herbs powder.
– The chief component of the dish is chicken. Knowing that chicken is high in protein.
– The chicken soup is contains more than 10 types of chinese herbs.
– Serves up to 4-5 persons.
