Often served with generous helpings of fish and laksa noodles topped with mint, thinly sliced ginger flower (bunga kantan), onion, cucumber and pineapple, this essentially Peranakan dish is a hot favourite among those visiting to Penang, Malacca and Johor. While most households generally avoid making laksa due to the painstaking processes involved, we at Signature Market have now simplified it so you can have it anytime. Prepared with only the freshest natural ingredients, our homemade Asam Laksa Paste has no added flavouring, preservatives or colouring.

Sweet-sour and mildly spicy with a strong Asam Laksa taste.

Health Benefits

Usage Directions
1. Boil Asam Laksa Paste with 800ml water.
2. Add in 300g fish and boiled laksa noodles.
3. Pour ingredients and soup into a bowl.
4. Garnish with mint, chilli, cucumber, pineapple, onion and ginger flower (bunga kantan).
5. Serve hot.
