Easy to prepare and made with only natural fresh ingredients, our homemade Tom Yam Paste is as healthy as it gets since it contains no artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Best served with generous amounts of fresh seafood to complement the tantalizing flavours of this sour-spicy soup, Tom Yam is a sinus opener, appetite starter and tummy warmer with a host of nutritional benefits as well.

Health Benefits
1. Onions are antioxidant-rich, have antibacterial properties and are sulphur-rich. It also boosts glutathione levels in the body (essential for fertility for both men and women). Onions also help control blood sugar, may boost digestive health and heart health.

Usage Directions
1. Boil Tom Yam Paste with 500ml water.
2. Add 1/2 pcs onion roughly quartered,1/2 pcs tomato quartered, 150g prawn, 150g squid and 100g fish into the soup.
3. Lower the temperature and let it simmer until cooked.
4. Serve hot.
