Why use peeled soya beans? Our organic soya beans are peeled before processing in order to reduce purine content, thus lowering the risk of gout issues. Not only is this a great vegan alternative to matcha lattes commonly made with dairy, soy milk is also low in saturated fat and provides lactose intolerant individuals with another option to get their dose of plant-based calcium.
