Unlike its tangier cousins, our Authentic Thai Paste has a stronger flavour of lemongrass and chilli which makes it versatile enough to be added to fried rice or as a marinade for any meat of your choice. Best of all? It’s made from all-natural ingredients and is free from artificial flavourings, colourings and MSG!

What Does This Taste Like?

1. Chillies are rich in various vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin K1, potassium and copper.
2. Chillies are very high in antioxidant carotenoids. Capsanthin, the main carotenoid in red chili peppers which makes up to 50% of the total carotenoid content has powerful antioxidant properties that may fight cancer.
3. Chillies contain capsaicin that are often used for its analgesic properties and may help with weight loss.
4. Capsaicin contained in red chillies can aid diabetes prevention and contribute to red blood cell formation. Capsaicin may also promote weight loss by reducing appetite and increasing fat burning.
5. Lemongrass aids those with sleep disorders such as insomnia, stomach disorders, respiratory disorders, mild fevers, swellings or mild infections. Usage Directions
Open packet and cook according to preferred recipe. See below for Thai Fried Rice recipe.

How To Consume
Thai Fried Rice
200 g - Cooked rice
10 g - Chopped spring onions
30 g - Medium prawns
1 - Egg
1 g - Salt
40 g - Authentic Thai Paste

Method:
1. Stir-fry egg and prawns until cooked.
2. Add cooked rice to egg and prawns then add in Authentic Thai Paste.
3. Stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Serve hot.

*Serving Portion: Serves 4-5 persons per packet.

Water, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Lemongrass, Onion, Salt, Garlic.
