Made with fresh napa cabbages that’ve been fermented for an optimum period of two days before being stir fried with Korean red pepper paste, red chilli flakes and garlic to enhance the natural flavours of the ingredients. Cooking the kimchi also helps stop the fermentation process, which not only prolongs its shelf life without the use of preservatives or additives, but also prevents the kimchi from turning too sour! Unlike conventional store-bought kimchi, our Korean Stir-Fried Kimchi can be stored at room temperature so that it’s ready to deliver yummy mouthfuls of umami goodness anytime, anywhere.
