With a soft-spiked red and green (when unripe) exterior that looks very much like a miniature hedgehog, rambutans have long been enjoyed by locals of all ages for its sweet, nutrient-rich flesh. The much beloved rambutan now joins the ranks of our freeze-dried fruit series so you can enjoy its natural sweetness and crisp flesh without having to wait for rambutan season to roll around.
