Delicious aroma and texture but cloyingly sweet

I really wanted to like this as it is an ultimate comfort dessert. The soup powder is very fragrant, and the texture pleasingly thick. Unfortunately, the rice crackers don't get much softer and I found the mouthfeel very distracting. If there was about 60% less sugar this would be much more pleasing.
