For a better tasting cup of green tea, try our easy '80:80 rule' - Only put the teabag in 80 degree water, not boiling water, and don't steep it for more than 80 seconds. You'll still enjoy all the goodness you expect from green tea, but without the bitterness.

Many people think green tea is decaffeinated, but it actually has about two-thirds of the caffeine of black tea. Tetley has the only decaffeinated* green tea available in Australian supermarkets nationally. Tetley's decaf green teas are a great option for green tea drinkers wanting to limit their caffeine intake, while still retaining all the benefits and taste of a traditional green tea.

For a perfect cup of Tetley Tea, one bag per mug is best, or one bag per person popped into a warmed teapot. Add freshly boiled water, stir and gently squeeze. Infuse for 3-5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
