To ensure that you get the full health benefits of this delicious nut, our recipe uses only organic chestnuts, cultivated in the lush Yanshan Mountains where the cool climate and fertile soil allows for the chestnuts to flourish naturally. They are shelled before being steam-roasted according to traditional methods for a truly authentic taste. Our Organic Roasted Chestnuts contain no added salt or sugar and are steam-roasted in specially designed ovens to lock in its moisture and natural flavours.
